All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be refunded due to illness, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, travel issues, or inability to attend.
Weather Policy:
As this is an outdoor experience, the event may be rescheduled due to severe or unsafe weather conditions. If the event is rescheduled, all tickets will automatically be transferred to the new event date and no refunds will be issued.
If Queens cancels the event entirely and no rescheduled date is provided, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
